All sales of cosmetics or sale-priced items are final. No returns exchange or store credits. Therefore, in some situations unopened merchandise could be return under following conditions.
All returns must be made within 20 days of purchase and must include the original receipt/packing slip and in the original packaging. The sender must pay all shipping charges.

* Payment made with money order or cashier check will delay shipping time.
 
Shipping information:

All orders, excluding Gift Certificates, are processed Monday thru Friday. Delivery will take seven to ten business days.

Gift Certificates are shipped same-day, 7 days a week.
 
All "product" orders will be charged a simple, flat-rate shipping and handling charge of $8.95 USD for UPS Mail or Fed Ex.

For orders to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, and any other area outside of the contiguous 48 US states, please call to order.
